It follows recent personnel changes, including new hires and promotions
Specialist lender Aspen Bridging has introduced a new logo and revamped its website, as part of its ongoing efforts to support significant growth, following several key staff changes including hires and promotions.
Aspen said its new logo, depicting two buildings, reflects its focus on bridging and light development loans, while the broker-focused website features a streamlined design and an updated interactive portal to make the application process more efficient.
The firm recently announced it had surpassed £500 million in lending since its inception in 2017, with aspirations to reach £1 billion in the next few years.
In a move to bolster its team, Aspen Bridging welcomed back Ian Miller-Hawes as sales director and appointed Mike Allen as business development manager, in addition to several promotions within its risk, underwriting, and credit teams, with further appointments expected to be announced in the weeks ahead.
Jack Coombs (pictured), managing director at Aspen Bridging, stated that the updates and personnel changes since the beginning of the year are part of the strategy to achieve £1 billion in total lending in the coming years.
“The new logo and website bring us up to date with the look and feel of the business, our products are clearly defined and the professionalism and next level service that brokers crave really shine through and reflect our established position within the industry,” Coombs said.
