The office is in Staines-upon-Thames and is already home to 35 staff.
Batchelor revealed that the lender’s ambitious growth plans should see the same number again join by the end of the Summer.
Batchelor, sales and marketing director at Belmont Green, said: “It’s great to be in our new home in Staines-upon-Thames and this allows us to expand the level of recruitment for our new team.
“We are already advertising marketing positions and will be recruiting for field and telephone based sales managers at all levels along with underwriting and processors.”
