Black & White Bridging has entered into a partnership with Nivo to drive digital transformation of its onboarding and application journey.
Black & White Bridging is a privately owned principal lender which, under the name Bath & West Finance, has been providing short-term, non-regulated lending solutions to property professionals in the South of England; it recently underwent a rebrand to reflect its push towards a more nationwide footprint.
The lender selected Nivo’s app to provide a quick, intuitive, and secure way of communicating with customers during a loan application.

Black & White customers are also able to use the Nivo App to provide e-signatures, biometric ID verification and to share documents, such as bank statements and payslips, with the lender.
