Blacks Connect has joined Precise Mortgages’ short-term lending conveyancer panel.
The conveyancer, which is part of Blacks Solicitors, is already on the Precise panel for residential and buy-to-let.
David Gilman, head of Blacks Connect, said: “We have enjoyed a hugely fantastic relationship with Precise Mortgages for several years now and I’m delighted to continue this by joining its short-term lending panel.
“The short-term finance sector is booming at present with borrowers starting to recognise the multitude of benefits bridging finance offers.
“Yet despite a surge in interest, bridging remains a niche product and as such there is still plenty of potential for further growth. These are exciting times for the market and we’re delighted to be working with a lender as dynamic and innovative as Precise Mortgages.”
Blacks will join the bridging panel on a separate representation only basis.
