Sturges has 30 years' experience in financial services and previously held senior corporate communications positions with Money Partners and GE Money Home Lending. He will have responsibility for public and media relations and all employee communications.
Jim Nash is appointed sales manager responsible for managing and developing intermediary relationships. Before joining Omni, he ran his own brokerage and held senior sales posts at igroup and Money Partners.
Dena Thompson is appointed underwriting manager with responsibility for ongoing case management and appraisal. Thompson joins Omni from bridging lender Tiuta where she performed a similar role. She has more than 10 years' experience in financial services and previously worked for UX Mortgages and Abbey National.
In a separate move, Ed McAra, previously underwriting manager, is promoted to the new position of head of underwriting.
