Deal of the Month was scooped by Chris Pedlar of Brytannic Extra Finance and Broker of the Month was awarded to David Whiteside of UK Capital Connections.
Pedlar said: “I approached Carl Graham, our business development manager at Bridgebank, regarding a bridging loan for a client who had recently inherited their late mother’s property.
“The client needed to raise funds to make some improvements on the property which in turn would help maximise the potential selling price of the property.
“The applicant wanted the funds quickly so they could start the improvement works immediately and get the property on the market in time for the best house selling period, the summer.”
Pedlar ensured the borrower had the funds within two weeks and was delighted with the level of service received from both Brytannic and Bridgebank.
The Broker of the Month award was presented to Whiteside in recognition of the support and commitment he has demonstrated to Bridgebank Capital in respect of both deal volumes and quality.
Whiteside has worked closely with Bridgebank Capital throughout the month delivering a high standard of application information.
