Williams’ role will be to liaise directly with Bridgebank’s property legal team and the solicitors acting for borrowers, keeping both introducers and borrowers fully updated on the progress of the loan as it is going through the legal process to drawdown.
Laurence Goodman, managing director of Bridgbank, said: “I am pleased that Kay has accepted this key role within the loan processing team.

Williams has extensive senior management experience in the financial services industry having worked for over 18 years in various management and special project roles for HBOS.
