Eddie Mackenzie of Northern Property Finance won the award based on the quality and volume of the deals he submitted and John Marriott of Grey Arrow was singled out for the level of detail in his applications.

Marriott was praised for giving the underwriting team an indepth understanding of the borrower’s requirements by providing detailed information at application stage and by maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

Both brokers have both been awarded an acrylic tombstone award and vouchers to the value of £500.
