Bridgebank Capital’s large loan brand Quantum has completed a £10.95m bridge on a portfolio of prime London properties at 30% loan-to-value.
Some of the London properties are undergoing redevelopment works for a non-domiciled, non-resident, high net worth borrower.

The loan was provided to complete a debt refinancing arrangement agreed with the borrower’s previous term lender.
The properties are held within a complex structure of offshore companies and trustco’s, as Bridgebank Capital worked with international counter parties to look into the offshore company’s and trust arrangements.
