The properties include converting a former police station into offices.
Specialist lender Cambridge & Counties Bank has lent £2m to property developers and investors to help acquire and redevelop a number of properties across North Nottinghamshire into residential and commercial use.
The developers and investors, Glyn Beech and Julie Taplin, have refinanced two completed renovation projects.
These include a former police station in Mansfield Woodhouse, being converted into self-contained offices and let to local businesses, and the 26-28 Grover Street & 8BeardallRow buildings in Retford being converted and refurbished into self-contained flats and retail units.

The developers are now working on converting the old police station in Worksop into 28 one and two bed self-contained flats and an office block, Homes House in Mansfield, to be redeveloped into a mixture of 40 one and two bed self-contained flats.
SwanackHouse in Retford which will be converted into four self-contained retail units and 11 two bed apartments.
