And managing director Keith Aldridge predicts the bridger is on course to double its 2013 lending results.

Robin Daw of Goodman Corporate Consultancy, one of Capital Bridging’s clients who completed a case in November, added: “We look for ‘real’ experience that can add value to the relationship and the Capital Bridging underwriters certainly have that.”
