The lender helped to fund the musician’s upcoming world tour.
Century Capital has helped fund an indie rock and roll musician’s upcoming world tour.
Century lent £1.3m at 25% LTV on his investment property in Notting Hill, which was valued at £4m.
Completion took two days from receipt of the valuation to drawdown.
Paul Munford (pictured), chief executive of Century, said: “The client had previously taken a small loan from Century and we were first on his speed dial when it came to taking a new loan and financing a world tour for his rock band.
“Our blend of speed, personal service and competitive terms appealed to the client and we turned the deal around quickly as he had the jets waiting to take off for Argentina for the first leg of the tour.”
