Allcock has been at Blemain Group for 12 years having started in the new business team as a business development executive before being promoted to her current role as broker liaison manager.
As business development manager Alison manages the internal new business Broker Sales team which is tasked with developing new business opportunities with financial intermediaries and mortgage brokers in the UK.
Allcock said of her changing role: “The best part of my job is the diversity of my role and constant development, adjusting my role to meet the changing market conditions and needs is a key focus for me.
“The change to my working week is a direct response to the increased demand from brokers that we have recently witnessed.
"It’s a great feeling to get enquiries sent through after you have had an appointment with that broker, and then see the application submitted, completed and funded.”
