The first session will take place at the lender's Watford head office on Thursday 25th February 2010 and be followed by others over the coming months. The free seminar will start at 10.30am and lunch will be served afterwards.
The seminar is targeted at financial intermediaries who are unfamiliar with bridging, as well as those who simply want a refresher about such loans. It will take those attending through the issues involved in a typical bridging application, and inform them of the key attractions of short term finance - both from the client's and the broker's perspective.
Cheval's national sales manager, Gareth Lewis, said: "I am very excited about hosting our first seminar of the year. While the last two years have been difficult for intermediaries and lenders, there are definite signs that activity is increasing, so we have decided to stage this event."
Lewis said that one of Cheval's top priorities for 2010 is to introduce and welcome those brokers who have never used bridging, as well as re-familiarise brokers who have experience of short term finance.
