The move will reunite Parr with ex-Precise Mortgages director of bridging and current MT Finance commercial director Gareth Lewis.
Bridging lender MT Finance has appointed Chris Parr (pictured) as its business development manager for the Midlands and North of England.
Parr has a wealth of experience in the sector and joins from fellow bridging lender Fiduciam.
His previous roles have seen him work for various banks and specialist lenders, including business development roles at Precise Mortgages and Masthaven.
In his new position, Parr will be responsible for supporting brokers in the Midlands and North of England and will work alongside the company's existing team of BDMs.
The move will see him link up once more with ex-Precise Mortgages director of bridging and current commercial director at MT Finance Gareth Lewis.
