Chris Parr will leave Precise Mortgages to join Tuscan Capital as national sales manager, covering the north of England.
He has been national sales manager at Precise for four and a half years. Previous roles include stints as a business development manager at Bridgebank Capital and Masthaven Bridging Finance and working as senior relationship manager at Bank of Ireland.
A spokesman confirmed that Chris Parr is to join the lender in a senior sales capacity and that more details will be announced shortly.
Bridging lender Tuscan Capital was launched last February.
