Finance 4 Business (F4B) have promoted James Danks to head of bridging and development.
Danks has worked in a number of roles at the Birmingham based brokerage, most recently as a senior advisor within the bridging and development team.
Danks said: "I am delighted with the promotion and looking forward to heading up our expanding team.
"I am honoured to be given this opportunity and to continue improving the great work already in place within the B&D team. We have already implemented some fresh ideas and hopefully under my guidance I can push the team on to the next level."
