Rates start from 0.84% per month at up to 65% LTV
Funding 365 has launched its residential bridging proposition for Northern Ireland, with rates starting from 0.84% per month and loan-to-values up to 65%.
The newly introduced product caters for unregulated loans ranging from £100,000 to £2 million, with terms extending up to 18 months.
Approved applications can be utilized for various purposes, including the acquisition or refinancing of residential property, light to medium property refurbishment, development exit, and short-term business cash flow.
