Graham joined the lender in 2011 as a business development manager, subsequently becoming head of operations in 2013 and in May last year he took on leadership of Bridgebank’s large loan division Quantum.
He will continue to manage Quantum and will oversee a sales team of four across the lender’s operations.
Laurence Goodman, chief executive of Bridgebank Capital, said: “Carl’s been with us for over five years now and is a very valued member of our team. He’s very good at his job and we are pleased to announce he’ll be looking after sales for the whole firm.”
Graham said: “The business has realigned itself to be more Quantum-led as we see that being where there is real opportunity for growth.
“We are still doing smaller ticket deals but that part of the market is increasingly saturated.
“That has meant a complete corporate restructure to allow our sales team to focus more on the larger ticket loans – I’m talking the £750,000 up to £5m or £10m as being the sweet zone for Bridgebank in the future.”
