Hope Capital has appointed Danielle Evans (pictured, left) and David Weir (pictured, right) as a business development manager (BDM) and an internal BDM respectively.
Evans has over 14 years’ experience in the specialist lending industry and is CeMAP-qualified from the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF).
She will oversee the firm’s cases across the Midlands and South Wales, providing support to brokers and their clients who are looking for bridging finance solutions.
Evans joins from Alternative Bridging Corporation, prior to that she was at Avamore and Precise Mortgages.
Weir previously worked for Deloitte and Barclays, and in his new role will assist with enquiries.
