Specialist short-term lender Hope Capital has joined The Loan Partnership’s lending panel.
The timing of this development aligns with the recent launch of the Refurbishment Range, introduced by Hope Capital at the beginning of 2021 to provide solutions for investors who are looking at projects, to improve their property, increase yield or for capital gain.
The Loan Partnership is a loan broker, which was set up by John Webb and Andy Pelley, who between them have over 40 years experience providing finance for thousands of homeowners throughout the UK.
