Its brokers can now find legal solutions easily
Packager and distributor Impact Specialist Finance has partnered with conveyancing portal Movin Legal to help its brokers find the right legal partner so that they can help their clients complete on a wide range of specialist finance property purchases.
Impact said it is also providing a referral service to brokers, as there may be occasions where brokers may wish to pass the customer over to Impact, such as in highly complex cases.
According to Impact, referrals can be accepted for both regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy-to-let, and commercial.
Dale Jannels (pictured), managing director at Impact Specialist Finance, said that the ability to choose the most suitable conveyancer for clients was vitally important for brokers, especially at a time when chains are under pressure and the competition to buy certain properties is unprecedented.
“Multiply that with specialist finance customers who may have been turned down by high street lenders and so have already wasted time in applying for a mortgage. We are delighted to announce this partnership with Movin Legal to provide more options for our brokers and their customers,” Jannels added.
Emma Hall, key relationship director at Movin Legal, was also delighted to have partnered with Impact, saying it allows them to provide Impact’s intermediary partners with a reliable conveyancing service.
“Our conveyancing comparison engine consists of solicitors from around the country who are able to provide their services at competitive prices,” Hall said.
“Our hands-on approach will help the intermediary from quoting stage right through to completion with the support from our experienced business development team and in house support.”
