Berry was most recently director of sales at Uinsure.
Jason Berry has joined specialist distributor Crystal Specialist Finance in the newly created role of group sales director.
Berry (pictured) previously led the sales function at Platform Home Loans and more recently spent six years at fintech general insurance firm Uinsure.
He commences his role with immediate effect on an interim basis.
