Durant has enjoyed a career spanning 28 years and joins from Clydesdale Bank where he held the role of senior partner and was responsible for running the Bristol team of corporate relationship managers and support staff.
Prior to this he ran the Bristol/South West branch of Allied Irish Bank which he developed into a successful business and private banking operation following 18 years at Barclays Bank where he started his career.

“He brings with him a wealth of experience, not only in banking but also in the local area and he will be a huge asset as we look to expand the bank’s offering and services in Bristol and the South West.”
