KeyHIPS is a B2B HIP provider for estate agents, solicitors and property professionals across England and Wales. Created in September 2007 by business partners Rolf Groenewold, Tim Wright and Thomas Claridge, the two following years have seen the company move from strength to strength with a rapidly growing client base of over 1200 estate agents.
Speaking of the company’s future, Thomas Claridge, joint director, said: “We are working hard to ensure our success continues for many years to come, irrespective of possible legislation changes. We are expecting drastic Industry changes over the next 12 months and are already well underway with expanding and adapting accordingly. Our goal is to facilitate the property industry with technology and infrastructure rather than hiding behind legislation.”
