LendInvest has hired three business development managers in Alex Kyriacou, Tom Madden and Alex Strien.
They will be responsible for bringing LendInvest's expanding product offering to a wider audience of borrowers and brokers in the UK mortgage market.
Matthew Tooth, head of distribution at LendInvest, said: "Adding Alex, Tom and Alex to our business development team puts us in a strong position as we move into 2016 and aim to increase our share of the short-term mortgage market.
"Our BDM team has more than tripled in size since the start of the year, reflecting growing demand for our online lending products, particularly in niche segments of the markets that traditional lenders cannot or choose not to enter."
Kyriacou and Strien both joined from Europe's largest invoice trading platform MarketInvoice. Strien was a senior funding specialist who helped launch products for borrowers and grow the business' total funding by more than 10 times, while Kyriacou was partnerships manager, working closely with financial intermediaries, banks and accountancy firms.
Before joining MarketInvoice Kyriacou managed a commercial finance brokerage at Touch Financial and also held underwriting and business development roles at Mortgage Express, part of the Bradford & Bingley Group.
Madden, a CeMAP-qualified mortgage adviser, joined from Gemini Consultants, a mortgage investment and servicing business where he spent 10 years in advisory and business development roles. His final role was to head up Gemini's business development activity, specialising in third party loan servicing, financial services consulting and IT.
