Magnet Capital has added to its underwriting and operations team with the appointment of Deborah Field as operations executive.
Field has property experience having initially qualified as a property solicitor at an international law firm and then holding a number of positions within the real estate sector.
Notable roles include head of the in-house legal team at a property management company and as the sole in-house solicitor for a private sector company that helped public sector bodies to unlock the value within their property assets.
