The Bridging firm said it believes that Baker’s 20 years of experience in the lending industry will help bolster its presence in these areas.
Masthaven’s sale director, Richard Deacon said: “We were very fortunate to have built up some great relationships and a lot of business in these important areas due to the work of Jim’s predecessor, Chris Parr.
“We have taken our time to recruit a successor because of the importance we place on the role and the relationships that have been created.
