The promotions are part of the company's growth plans
Specialist lender MT Finance has promoted five members of its regulated bridging team as part of the company’s growth plans.
The lender has promoted Raphael Benggio (centre in picture) from head of regulated underwriting to head of bridging finance lending, Ayondip Dam (far right in picture) from underwriter to head of regulated underwriting, Sarah Parsons (second from left in picture) from underwriter to senior underwriter, David Kingham (far left in picture) from underwriter to senior underwriter, and Emily Hatt (second from right in picture) from case manager to junior underwriter.
“These promotions are in recognition of everything the regulated underwriting team has achieved over the past few years,” Joshua Elash, director and founder of MT Finance, remarked. “We have highly-talented, dedicated members of staff, and I’m delighted that their hard work has been rewarded.
“I am looking forward to seeing how Ayondip shapes his new role. Having joined in 2018, he has proved himself to be a highly capable team member, and I have no doubt he will flourish as head of regulated underwriting.
“The new role of head of lending - bridging finance is sure to be complex and challenging, but I expect Raphael to take this in his stride and make it his own. This is an exciting time for the business and these promotions perfectly complement the company’s ambitions.”
Commenting on his appointment, Benggio, who joined MT Finance in 2021, said he was delighted to be taking on a new role.
“It’s a real privilege to have the directors’ backing, giving me the opportunity to step up and oversee the management of our bridging offering,” he added. “I intend to ensure our bridging proposition remains focused on delivering the quality of service we are known for, creating an efficient and seamless loan journey for clients, and maintaining a commercial attitude to our underwriting.
“MT Finance has a brilliant, experienced team of individuals across our regulated and unregulated underwriting teams, who are consistently committed to delivering the best possible service to introducers and clients. I’m looking forward to working alongside them all.”
