Paragon Development Finance has appointed Ray Wong (pictured) as relationship director to provide support for its small to medium (SME) developer customers.
Wong joins from Shawbrook Bank, where he spent two and a half years and was most recently a relationship director.
He has also held banking and property roles at The Ingenious Group, Secure Trust Bank, NatWest and Santander over the past 14 years.
Wong will be based in the lender’s new Fenchurch Street head office and will cover the Midlands, London and South East.
