Cleary joins MT Finance from Precise Mortgages where he was a business development manager for almost four years.
Prior to that he was a mortgage adviser at both Barclays and HSBC.
Cleary said: "I am absolutely chuffed to be joining the team at MT Finance.

Earlier this month fellow ex-Precise employee Chris Parr was appointed as BDM for Midlands and the North.
