Mortgage Advice Bureau was also named the best broker firm for new build.

Other winners were Halifax Intermediaries as the best lender for large loans, BM Solutions for buy-to-let, Precise Mortgages for specialist lending, Halifax for new build and Virgin Money for best partnership with a mortgage club.
On the broker side London & Country was awarded for buy-to-let, Alexander Hall for large loans and Stonebridge for best protection and general insurance broker.
Other winners were Andrews Estate Agents as the best medium sized firm and First Mortgage Direct for best large firm.
