Working closely with Tom Clark, Shawbrook’s regional Business development manager for London and East Anglia, Apps will be supporting the intermediaries on the lender’s broker panel.
Before joining Shawbrook, Apps worked for Wesleyan Assurance Society for over six years, just under three of which were spent as a financial consultant. He had previously worked in a business development capacity for Omega.
Apps said: “I’d heard good things about Shawbrook and thought the commercial mortgages division would be a great team to work for. It’s a good opportunity to work for an energetic company with a strong culture, and I’m looking forward to working with the brokers, underwriters and BDMs, and being a part of something that is exciting and continuing to grow.”
