Shawbrook’s Commercial Mortgages department has completed a £127k residential investment loan for the purchase of a property at auction.
Brokered by Investment & Business Mortgage Company the initial application came via “E-AIP”, Shawbrook’s online system for Residential and Commercial Investment applications.
