Sheffield-based Real Property Finance Ltd (RPF), a property finance broker in Yorkshire, has passed the £100m mark in loans for clients secured through niche property lender Cambridge & Counties Bank.
Leicester-based Cambridge & Counties Bank and RPF have had a long and successful relationship, with the broker working closely with the bank since it was launched in 2012.
Andy Churchill of Real Property Finance, said: “We have strong relationships with a number of banks, and bespoke funders, but the one with Cambridge & Counties has been particularly successful.
“From the start there has always been a great synergy between the bank and ourselves as we both place the client at the centre of business and pride ourselves on delivering what we say. It is a true working partnership where both sides listen and work together to get the right outcome for our mutual clients.”
Simon Lindley, chief development officer at Cambridge & Counties Bank, said: “The partnership with Andy, Alan and the wider RPF team has flourished over the past six years and we are delighted that we have been able to support each other as both RPF and Cambridge & Counties Bank share the same values and behaviours around the importance of delivering a great service to our clients.
“They have managed to generate strong momentum in the regional Yorkshire market and we remain committed to support them as they continue their growth aspirations.”
RPF was established by Churchill and Alan Laslett in September 2007. Headquartered in Sheffield, the firm covers the Yorkshire region and focuses on business referrals from key introducers as well as existing clients.
RPF was named Residential Broker of the Year at Cambridge & Counties Bank’s 2018 annual broker awards ceremony - the fifth year in a row the firm has picked up the accolade.
