Positive Commercial Finance has appointed Simon Parkinson as business development manager.
Parkinson's previous roles including private banking manager, relationship manager and taskforce team manager during a 26 year career with RBS.
Parkinson's key responsibilities will be to will be to work closely with lenders and brokers to manage cases for long-term commercial mortgages for both owner occupiers and landlords, as well as medium and long term specialist mortgages and business loans. Whilst he is based in the North West, he has an open mandate and will deal with clients around the country.

My extensive knowledge of the commercial sector means I’ll be able to work with introducers and lenders to assess cases and deliver suitable, cost-effective funding outcomes.”

Positive Commercial Finance has seen their completions increase by 143% since the start of this year, compared to the same period last year, and commercial enquiries rose by 120% during the same period.
