Singers was acquired by Shawbrook in March 2012 to extend its lending offer to the SME market whilst providing a secure home and long-term source of funds for the well established asset finance business.
Ian Henderson, chief executive officer at Shawbrook Bank, said: “Since last year's acquisition, the Singers and Shawbrook teams have worked closely together to determine the strongest and most effective way for the two businesses to work.
“Bringing the healthcare and corporate asset finance divisions under the Shawbrook banner ensures we can do this and further supports our ambitious growth plans for the coming years."
Richard Pyman, managing director at Shawbrook Asset Finance, said: “It has been an exciting year of evaluation and opportunity culminating in a name change which cements us in our new home.
“Besides the usual changes that come with a rebrand, customers can be assured that our business ethos remains as before.
“We continue to deliver a fast and personal service, based on years of experience and local market knowledge and customers have the same daily contacts to help grow their businesses."
Office locations are unchanged and the business remains dedicated to UK SMEs and the healthcare sector.
