Lender builds team in preparation for a full launch to the bridging market this month
Specialist lender Spring Finance has appointed Jordan Lapid (pictured) as an underwriter to work within the specialist bridging team.
Lapid, who brings over six years of experience having previously worked with Masthaven as an underwriter, will report to Spring Finance head of bridging Claire Newman.
Following the successful pilot phase of its bridging proposition, Spring has now completed a number of loans and is seeing a significant number of applications being processed.
Spring said the appointment will support this growth as it continues the trend of bringing in experienced hires as they build their specialist bridging team in preparation for a full launch to the bridging market later this month.
Lapid said he is excited to be joining the team at Spring, with their clear vision to provide a trusted and personal level of service to their customers.
