The Lending Channel is hosting a roundtable event for brokers wanting to improve their knowledge of specialist lending.
Aldermore, Bank of Scotland, Masthaven and Shawbrook will be speaking at the event, which will take place at Falkirk Stadium on 27 April, and will be available to talk through any questions brokers may have on commercial, second charge, specialist buy-to-let, bridging and development finance.
Alistair Ewing, managing director of The Lending Channel, said: “There is an increasing need for brokers to widen their approach to helping clients source finance – it’s no longer a case of computer says yes or no.
“But getting to grips with the broad range of funding solutions on offer can be a big task. We wanted to bring experts in all these specialist areas together under one roof so brokers can hear more about how to convert complex deals into commission.”
CPD certificates will be awarded and brokers must RSVP to reserve a place.
