Previously Townsend was managing director of The Beacon Group, and executive director at Southern Pacific Mortgages, First National and the Household Mortgage Corporation.
Townsend’s appointment makes him the second non-executive director appointed at Tiuta following that of Simon Engelsman’s last month.
