The Bank’s head of bridging, Alan Margolis explained: “We received an enquiry from Intelligent Loans to assist an experienced property developer whose deadline to complete on the purchase of a buy-to-let residential property had been unexpectedly brought forward. Fortunately there was a useable valuation and we worked closely with Intelligent Loans to ensure that the customer met their deadline. Within a day the funds were made available.”
