The lender has hired Kevin Glover to provide support to brokers and property finance professionals specialising in bridging and development finance in the North of England and has appointed Sharon Clarke & Pauline Rylands as relationship managers for its second charge sales team.
West One Loans has made a raft of appointments to its sales team.
The lender has hired Kevin Glover to provide support to brokers and property finance professionals specialising in bridging and development finance in the North of England and has appointed Sharon Clarke and Pauline Rylands as relationship managers for its second charge sales team.
West One has also moved Danny Scoltock from its broker support team to a field-based BDM in the East of England, covering the lender’s full product range.

“In Kevin, Sharon, Pauline and Danny, I know we’re bringing in relationship managers that have the experience and in-depth knowledge of the market that will add value to the team and the wider business.”
Glover joins from NatWest where he worked as a relationship manager within its real estate finance division. He brings with him over 14 years of experience within the banking sector.
Clarke joins West One from the Family Building Society where she worked as a roving underwriter and has a wealth of experience within the specialist lending sector. She will work with specialist second charge mortgage advice firms based in the South and South West of England alongside its BDM team.
Rylands will be managing second charge mortgage broker relationships across the North of England & Scotland. She joins West One following a career spanning over 30 years, including with Yorkshire Building Society where she worked as an area manager within the branch network.
