The portal will distribute EPC requests to PTES’s team of assessors, administering the process from instruction, scheduling, and delivery.
The platform was developed by xit2 in-house and is fully automated. As well as allowing the swift exchange of data, it will give PTES complete control of the EPC cases.
PTES, part of Personal Touch Holdings Ltd group of companies and a national provider of commercial EPC’s, completed its search for an IT platform partner after a competitive pitch.
Dev Malle, sales director, Personal Touch Holdings Ltd commented, “We chose xit2 because of their data management expertise and their leading edge technology. We saw them as the organisation that most clearly matched our own and they had a clear focus on delivering efficiencies and quality.”
Mark Blackwell, managing director of xit2 said, “Previously, we have focused on residential EPC delivery which continues to be a strong source of business. It has been good to widen the net of our EPC data exchange into the commercial market. The fact that PTES are such a large national provider is particularly gratifying.”
