Bath Building Society has joined Legal & General Mortgage Club’s panel, meaning there are now more than 80 lenders on the panel.
Bath has buy-to-let products for British expats living abroad and holiday lets, while its residential offering includes a 100% loan-to-value parent assisted mortgage, suiting those who may wish to help their children onto the property ladder but do not have additional funding.
