Ceta Insurance has added ERGO UK, part of the Munich Re Group, to its panel of landlord property insurance providers.
According to the specialist non-standard general insurance provider, the addition of ERGO UK to the panel strengthens its range, depth of cover and quotability in this specialist area.
The non-standard insurance cover includes listed buildings, most tenant types, unoccupied from inception for up to five years, as well as many types of flat roof and short-term lets.
James O’Hara, commercial director for Ceta, said: “We constantly review our panel of specialist providers to ensure that we maintain the highest levels of quotability across the broadest range of risks.
