CHL Mortgages has extended its distribution panel with the addition of SimplyBiz Mortgages.
CHL Mortgages' buy-to-let (BTL) product range is available through various networks, mortgage clubs, and intermediary brands.
The lender expects to make further additions to its distribution panel over the course of 2021.
