It’s been a year of change at The Mortgage Lender.
In May it launched into buy-to-let, while later that month it emerged thatShawbrook purchased a significant share in TML.
In June TML rebranded with the strapline ‘real life lending’.
The lender has hired a number of field and telephone BDMs. These are being paired up to build better relationships with intermediaries and support outbound campaigns for product-related marketing.
Meanwhile the marketing team has expanded from one to three with the appointment of Fraser MacDougall as head of marketing and product and Fraser Brown as marketing and product executive.
The Mortgage Lender caters for the employed, self-employed, those with impaired credit, lending into retirement and buy-to-let investors.
