Paul Brett has left Foundation Home Loans after two years with the buy-to-let lender.
Paul Brett (pictured) has left the post of business development director at Foundation Home Loans after two years in the role.
Brett joined Foundation following stints at Masthaven and Borro. He has also spent time at Fastcom Mortgage Packaging and was the head of the Freehold Packager Association between 2004 and 2007.
Speaking of his departure Brett said: “I am particularly proud of the contribution I have made to the development of Foundation Home Loans.
“The last two years have been great fun working with some of the best people in the industry, both internally and externally, and I wish the team at Foundation the best for the future.”
During his time at Foundation Brett was an integral part of the team that saw theBracknell-based buy-to-let lender return to market.
Simon Bayley, commercial director at Foundation Home Loans, praised Brett for his time at Foundation.
He said: “After two years with Foundation Home Loans, Paul Brett has left the company to pursue other options in the industry.
“Paul was instrumental in getting Foundation launched and on the map and I would personally like to thank Paul for all his hard work and support over the past two years.”
