Choice is offering referred landlords an initial three months of free full management service with no agent contracts. The following three months will be at a 5% full management fee followed by a flexible rate for the remainder of the tenancy.
Choice will also offer landlords a rental guarantee which is not insurance based, a reduced administration fee from £100 to £70 and special rates on energy performance certificates, gas safety certificates and related services.
Richard Crouch, director at Choice, said: “Having been a mortgage broker myself I understand the struggle which they have had over the last year so I developed this exclusive deal for mortgage brokers to can make a difference to their revenue.
“The intention of the incentive is to lay the foundations of a long term relationship so brokers can work with a letting agent that understands them.”
