Ingard, the mortgage network and directly authorised brokerage, will add Gwlegal (formerly Goldsmith Williams) toitsapproved panel of conveyancers.
With immediate effect, Ingard brokers will be able to use Gwlegal’s portal, Gwlive, for all residential purchase and remortgage business. This will allow them to instruct cases instantly and access updates in real-time, at any time.

Gwlegal operates with an experienced BDM team on-hand to support brokers with their property transactions, led by the firm’s head of sales, Emma Hall.
